You can have overnight guests as long as you do not exceed the maximum capacity of your unit. If their stay extends beyond a few nights, please contact our Concierge Team to update the reservation.

What is the maximum occupancy per suite?

Maximum occupancy is based on permanent beds: 1-bedroom = 2 guests, 2-bedroom = 4 guests, 3-bedroom = 6 guests.

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings under 30 nights are non-refundable. For stays of 30+ nights: cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refundable; within 30 days incur a one-month rent penalty.

Yes—lower rates are offered for extended stays depending on duration and season. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
